Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive specializing in international trade within the Polymer Industry, focusing on PET, PP, PS, PC, and related materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the global polymer market landscape and have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing within this industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's polymer products in international markets, with a primary focus on PET, PP, PS, and PC.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners globally to expand the company's presence and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Embrace a "can-do" attitude to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with clients to ensure profitability and sustainable business relationships.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any shipping or customs-related issues.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles .
  • Experience within the polymer industry, with a focus on PET, PP, PS, and PC is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
