- Overall 10+ years of experience in IT End User Support domain.
- Previous experience of Team Lead / Tech Lead position for at least 5 Years.
- Deep understanding of End User Computing environment including Networking and Security.
- Critical thinking ability and solution minded.
- Provide technical and thoughtful leadership to End User On-Site Support team.
- Manage daily activity of On-Site Support Team to ensure the smooth functioning of IT Support operation.
- Provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the team on all technical matters and team deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate IT staff progress, assist with training, set goals, and ensure overall user satisfaction.
- Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change requests.
- Proven verbal and written professional communication in English.
