RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS).
- Microsoft Teams Phone Implementation
- To facilitate in clean up the university's phone directory in preparation for Microsoft Teams Phone porting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and enhance the current IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flow streamlining communication processes.
- To conduct post-migration testing to guarantee seamless transition and functionality of phone numbers, resolving and report any issues promptly.
- To conduct post-migration support to users, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to ensure smooth utilization of the new phone system.
- Copier Leasing Project
- Study the leasing contract and prepare the remaining lease value of copiers.
- Gather the print volume from SOCIs for each copier and prepare the statistics.
- Network printers Project
- Consolidate the list of network printers (model, serial numbers, date of purchase and warranty info).
- Prepare warranty info of each network printers, this to help know when these printers need to replace.
- Other Operational duties
- Maintain the list of network printers (model, serial numbers, date of purchase and warranty info).
- Maintain list of leasing printers (model, serial numbers, leasing duration and leasing contract info).
- Work with SOCIs for any refresh of printers to minimize downtime.
- Ensure printer faulty report and print volume report provided by vendor are on time.
- Review and highlight for any discrepancies.
- Minimum Diploma; O or N level holders with relevant experiences will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft application such as Excel, Words, etc. for reporting purpose.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) as well as problem solving skills.
- Able work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly.
- Good requirement gathering and analysis skill.
