Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Leasing for City Hall Square (https://www.parkhotelgroup.com/singapore/grand-park-city-hall/city-hall-square/). This key leadership role will oversee all leasing activities and collaborate closely with industry players to optimize tenancy mix to creating a unique lifestyle destination in the city.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, aligning with the overall vision of City Hall Square.
- Identify opportunities for tenant diversification and optimize the tenancy mix to maximize revenue and foot traffic.
- Lead lease negotiations and ensure favourable terms for both the mall and tenants.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of retail trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of lease documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Master's degree will be an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in leasing or related roles within the retail real estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in leasing negotiations, tenant relations, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
