Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing (issuance of DO, invoices, etc)
- Regular Order Management Updates to the Sales Team
- Coordination of shipping schedules.
Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc.). - Tracking payments and updating on system
- Maintaining the customer data to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- ‘O’ level with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated with good initiative.
- Possess strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on SAP and TMS system would be an advantage.
- Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and provide good customer service
