Job Responsibilities:
· To provide front-line support to customers.
· Assisting customers during qualification and ensure timely development schedule until mass production.
· Provide pre-sales support and technical presentations regarding product strategy and roadmaps, features, industry technology and competitive positioning.
· Collect customer feedback and provide input to Marketing for design requirements, product enhancements, new product opportunities relating to the development.
· Provide demo & explanation on new products to customers.
Requirements:
· At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
· Master / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
· Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development.
· Field experience of FAE in monitor display industry.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in Korean to communicate with Korea counterpart.
