Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Facilities Manager.
- Manage Internal and External Stakeholders
- Ensure SLA and KPI are tracked and report any potential lapses.
- Ensure SOP and Method Statement are available for the contract.
- Review and plan intervals to accommodate the new development and latest policies that are introduced by Client/ Authority from time to time.
- Ensure the scope of works is performed in accordance with tender contract requirements.
- Engage with clients to address operational issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Require managing 5 groups: SDAA, East /West Zone, Central/South Zone, Event/AV and CMMS/FRC.
- Participate and support Asset Enhancement Initiatives.
- Coaching and mentoring of the Managers, Engineers, Facilities Executive, Event/AV Executives, Technical Officers, and Technician.
- Observe and comply with all prevailing regulations for Fire Safety.
- To ensure all work is carried out safely and / or in accordance with Safety Procedures.
- Attend meeting by EFM or/and User or/and OEM.
- Effectively utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports, and Corrective Work Orders.
- Take charge of site administration responsibilities for smooth operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across designated projects, employing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma (LSS) to enhance productivity and boost the bottom line.
- Actively participate in innovation and the introduction of new processes or technologies by collaborating with the Operations Technology Development team and relevant technology partners.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the SFM.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering or Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
- Strong analytical skill, Proactive mindset, and Problem-Solving mindset.
- Minimum 8 years of facilities and equipment maintenance experience or equivalent.
- Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Able to be independent and a good team member.
- Candidates with the WSQ Higher Certificate in Environmental Cleaning for supervision will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with the WSQ Advanced certificate in Landscape & Supervision for management will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with the Fire Safety Manager Certification will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with the Food Safety Course Level 3 Certification will have an added advantage.
