Manager - Global Program Support

Specific Accountabilities

  • Management of assigned testing and training administration including test script creation, management via business tool and training material management
  • Timely and accurate reporting on status and progress
  • Manage / report business risk, with proposed mitigations for the testing and training workstream within the overall program
  • Support definition of an aligned global change management process with the wider CM global account team

Skills Required

  • Workstream management
  1. Own the planning and management of the workstream into the COE & global program
  2. Control workstream scope in conjunction with Director FG COE.
  3. Develop, track and control workstream schedule.
  4. Document and implement key user training
  5. Develop and build virtual teams.
  6. Report workstream progress.
  7. Escalate issues.
  8. Manage workstream change requests.
  9. Work collaboratively with senior management on issues that arise during implementation.

  • Good and positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Flexible to travel for business trips
  • Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools


Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 years in contract logistics or equivalent
  • Self-motivated
  • Testing and/or training experience in WMS and/or operational process in an implementations or project environment.
  • Experience in handling customer interaction

  • Clear understanding of project deliverables and scope, being able to communicate it back
  • Organized and methodical, good planner and digesting information to piecing “jigsaws”
  • Strong process driven approach understanding structure and detail levels required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listener and leading the meetings and workshops
  • Driven and pro-active, driving to make things happen instead of waiting for things to happen
  • Disciplined, completing each implementation for the workstream with zero tolerance to short-cuts
  • Communication skills, knowing when and to whom to communicate what on
  • Truthful, in dealings and relationships
  • Experienced, to stay calm, focused and disciplined in face of imminent risks/disasters
