Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and reports.
  2. Facilitate effective communication between project managers, contractors, and clients.
  3. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all activities comply with company standards and regulations.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  5. Process and track project invoices and payments to ensure timely financial management.
  6. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
    Handle the procurement of materials and services, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  7. Maintain comprehensive project logs and records for easy reference and auditing.
  8. Support the project team in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and other legal or regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
  3. Strong proficiency with office management software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment:
This role is primarily office-based but may require occasional visits to construction sites. It demands flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and deadlines, ensuring smooth operations across all project phases.
