- To execute matters with regards to corporate communication
- To execute company internal control, audits, and improvement activities
Responsibilities
- Execute internal control and export control compliance activities
- Organize annual general meetings (AGM)
- Organize CEO and group companies business policy meetings
- Organize performance review meetings
- Organize internal and external audits
- Prepare and conduct trainings/briefings/presentations on corporate ethics, internal control, export control matters to employees
- Update company homepage, intranet and company profile
- Update company corporate stationery to comply with company standards
- Initiate continual improvement activities within department
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mass Communication
Other information
- AWS + VB + $60-$110 transport allowance
