Job Responsibilities
- Handling sales administration support including preparing quotes to customers in timely manner
- Manage sales orders entries, issuing, invoicing to customers and processing shipments
- Execute local delivery/shipping documents to warehouse department for picking and packing of goods
Job Requirement
- Diploma in engineering field
- Knowledge in technical in related field will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in SAP
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to start work immediately or short notice period
- Indoor sales job
- 5 day work week (Mondays to Fridays)
