Job Responsibilities
- Conduct promotion and marketing of export sea-freight services
- Visit and service customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
- Attend to sales inquiries and customers’ complaints
- Liaise closely with export operations staff and update customers on the status of export shipments
- Prepare shipment report to Sales Department/customers for surveys of damaged goods
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in customer service and handling customers’ accounts
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent
- Good command of both written and verbal communication in English
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures
- High proficiency in computer literate
