BIM Modeler
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project standards and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination with other disciplines.
- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required.
- Assist in the coordination and integration of BIM with other project management and design software.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input to project planning and execution.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields.
- Experience working in construction line will be on advantage
- Good communication & correspondence skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software
- Meticulous and Organized
