Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Identify potential clients and understand their IT modernization needs. Conduct thorough assessments of existing applications to determine modernization areas.
- Solution Proposal & Customized Solutions: Develop comprehensive proposals outlining modernization strategies. Tailor solutions to meet specific client needs, whether it's legacy system migration or cloud adoption.
- Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT modernization solutions and trends. Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Cost Estimation & Relationship Building: Provide detailed cost estimates and ROI projections for modernization initiatives. Cultivate strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
- Competitive Analysis & Negotiation: Monitor competitors and understand market offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT.
- Strong technical acumen in IT application modernization and industry best practices
- Proficient in effective sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex IT concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing technologies and market trends.
- Understanding of clients' industry and business goals to align modernization solutions.
- Basic project management skills and effective time management
