Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, generating repeat business and responding to sales inquiries, negotiating rates and contract terms, and preparing proposals for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Hubspot preferred.
- Understand, analyze and predict customer demand and booking trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including coordinating group bookings.
- Prepare sales and revenue reports and present them to the management team.
- Assist clients with special requests or problems with reservations or accommodations.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in luxury hotel or 5-star hospitality.
- Have in depth knowledge of luxury travel and trade management.
- Proficiency with Hotel Time or other hotel Property Management Systems.
- HubSpot or similar experience and the ability to maintain and manage a CRM system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Require to travel overseas for 3-4 times per year
