Responsibilities:
Manage employees’ monthly payroll and provident fund submissions, handle the recruitment process including arranging interviews and posting job advertisements, be responsible for all work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, maintain employee database and leave records including annual leave and sick leave, admin Workers’ accommodation, including check-in and check-out dormitories, including arrangements for workers upon their arrival in Singapore.
Requirements:
Responsible, excellent communication skills, able to complete tasks independently and maturely, familiar with Ministry of Manpower regulations and other statutory committee regulations in the construction industry, attention to detail, handling confidential matters, strong professional ethics, good at people management and negotiation
Proactive and enterprising, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, complete tasks on time, and provide accurate data information in a timely manner. Candidates with experience in Infotech HRM systems will be preferred
