We are looking for a Material Management Executive responsible for order management and fulfilment to maximize customer experience including managing of sales request, order confirmation against service level, order tracking and reporting, coordination and alignment with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
Your role:
- Responsible for inventory and material planning via inventory optimization tool.
- Manage and convert intercompany Purchase Orders .
- Monitor and manage exception via Alert Monitor.
- Maintain and upkeep material master data based on Festo GMBR guidelines.
- Responsible for Supply planning using Kinaxis (or defined supply planning tools).
- Perform delivery and inventory analysis on monthly basis or adhoc request based on shopfloor performance review.
- Support analysis and coordinate on managing block orders and stock.
- Responsible for managing phasing out and expired material/parts timely to ensure .
- Monitor and manage goods return to intercompany source of supply periodically.
- Close coordination with warehouse and production to material management matters to ensure inventory data integrity.
- Coordination with Global Supply Planning team for any project, tools or process implementation.
What we expect from you:
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management or related sector.
- Bachelor degree in supply chain management or related fields of study.
- MS Office, SAP knowledge.
- Experience with supply and material planning tools e.g Kinaxis.
- Good knowledge of end to end material management process.
- Very good technical knowledge order fulfilment processes.
- Very good communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Positive work ethics.
