Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of stage performances and customer service at our KTV Lounge & Nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing performing artists, singers, and stage crew on the smooth execution of performances, as well as ensuring exceptional service for our customers.
Requirements:
Related Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Stage Management Skills: Experience in stage management to efficiently organise and coordinate performances
Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Positive Attitude and Self-Motivation: Possess a good attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset to drive success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Ensure a smooth and efficient operation, providing outstanding service to our customers at all times.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and update weekly performance schedule and manage calendar to ensure all events and performances are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.
Marketing Support: Support and assist the marketing department with suggestions and ideas for effective publicity.
Training and Guidance: Train and guide the performing artists and singers to enhance their performance skills and professionalism.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain consistency and quality.
Safety and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the service area, ensuring the safety of both staff and customers.
Ad Hoc Duties: Carry out additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall operation and success of the establishment.
