Roles & Responsibilities
• Ability to follow SOP’s and detailed recipes.
• Knowledge of varieties of Japanese Spice.
• Follow the Instructions of Head Cook and able to work with team Member.
• Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
• Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
• Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
• Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards.
• Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to do overtime whenever required.
