▪ Support the hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment strategies are adopted to attract, hire and retain the right talents in a timely and cost-effective
▪ Support onboarding new joiners (HR induction/orientation) and exit process for leavers.
▪ Process payroll and submit CPF contributions for Singapore
▪ Verify the payroll, tax, and pension for affiliate offices (Norway, USA and Madrid)
▪ Prepare journal reports and other ad-hoc reports (eg. OED, compliance, headcount, etc)
▪ Submit statutory claims (eg. NS, Childcare, Paternity/Maternity claims)
▪ Submit the application/renewal of Singapore employee work pass
▪ Liaise with insurance broker and/or insurer for updates, claims, addition/termination and ad hoc insurance coverage
▪ Maintain the accuracy and timely update of all employee data in the HR system, including archive P-files
▪ Prepare employment-related letters
▪ Update the intranet portal on HR-related news and updates (including staff handbook, global policy and insurance)
▪ Participate and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of departmental procedures
▪ Ad-hoc duties related to HR responsibilities
