Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost office sales and leasing performance.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts for office properties.
- Ensure accuracy in marketing plans and collateral preparation.
- Expand prospect networks for sales and leasing opportunities.
- Identify prospects or collaborate with property agents to secure sales and leases.
- Handle sales/leasing inquiries and conduct presentations/viewings.
- Support leasing team to meet targets and manage leases effectively.
- Proactively engage with tenants for lease renewals.
- Coordinate with external parties for lease reviews.
- Collaborate with building operations team to fulfill tenant requirements.
- Foster strong landlord-tenant relationships.
- Provide clients with regular market updates and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 3 year(s) related experience at Office leasing & Real Estate.
- Min. Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- CEA registered.
