Materials Associate

Job Purpose:

To support students and Instructors in KAO region by providing update and error-free learning materials for use in all Centres, and to ensure that these materials are printed with accuracy and high quality. This is achieved through collaboration with branch offices and vendors. Additionally, to coordinate the registration and accommodation of the annual regional conference, and to provide onsite assistance to conference attendees to support the learning and development of franchisees and staff with the Kumon organisation mission and objective.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Apply established procedures and policies to effectively manage the Kumon materials data in the KAO region with the aim of producing error free materials.
  • Provide data for monthly printing order to regional countries.
  • Coordinating the implementation and subsequent follow-through tasks for new/ amendments/partial revisions of Kumon materials.
  • Coordinating with vendors, including printers, and branch offices to guarantee the production of high-quality materials and their timely delivery.
  • Achieving a successful and smooth registration process for the annual regional conference by communicating professionally with branch offices and offering support with onsite registration and other related duties.
  • To handle administrative tasks pertaining to internal and external orders, as well as other requests. This includes coordinating logistics and registrations for regional meetings in close collaboration with branch offices and external vendors, when necessary.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Organised and meticulous to details
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

Credentials & Experience:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • 3-5 years of working experience in administrative work
  • Previous experience in a printing company will be an advantage but not necessary

Special Requirements:

  • Willing to travel
