Overall Purpose:
The Deliver Executive is to assist in Customer Service, Warehousing, distribution, and logistics operation. Candidate will also provide an assistance in managing the relationship of local supplier/vendors and third- party intermediary. Candidate is to ensure adherence and compliance to EH&S, Quality, Regulatory, SOX, HCBI policies and standards. This role will need to support Singapore Deliver activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver Management – Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse
- Responsible for coordinating with Warehouse/distributor on all incoming shipment and updating into system accordingly.
- Coordination with warehouse/distributor on inventory movement and perform reconciliation on periodic basis.
- Participating in Monthly business/KPI’s & operational issues review with Warehouse, Distributor and Freight Forwarders/Custom Brokerage.
- Co-ordination with warehouse and freight agents on timely and accurate billing and monthly statement of accounts.
- All appointed transporter complies with quality agreement and other requirement as per SOPs.
- Oversees the daily activities of shipping documentations.
- Assisting other functional team i.e. planning on system related processes.
- Co-ordinate with finance team on financial matters i.e. Accrual, payment.
- To co-ordinate communicate between Planners and Forwarder with regards to NEL/EA and NIL/ IA for Dangerous Drug (DD) shipments.
- Provide additional necessary documents or info that may be needed for Pharmacy/Customs Clearance of all shipments.
- To support customer service activities especially towards order processing, order issue resolutions, billing, and invoicing.
- To conduct annual stock check & report to if there is any discrepancy found during the stock check. Report to RA & BQ if any discrepancy for DD quantity.
Processes and Reporting
- Ensure Warehouse/Distributor and Freight Forwarders KPI’s are meeting the targets set.
- Continuous improvement of Warehouse and Logistics processes to support the deliver superior Customer Service levels and drive operational excellence.
- Identify strategic opportunities to optimize warehouse/Logistics and delivery productivity levels, costs improvement process etc.
- Identify OTIF RCA and action plans to mitigate/alleviate the misses.
KEY BUSINESS RESULTS
- Warehouse and logistics with customer service KPI and service level
- Inventory movement and reconciliation
- Vendor payment
- Customer service in order issue resolutions, order processing, billing, invoicing
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years relevant experience and prior exposure in a warehouse/shipping/ freight forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of warehousing methods and procedures, of inventory and stock control record keeping, of automated inventory-control systems will have an advantage. Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, possess initiative and able to work independently.
- System: S.A.P. and Order to Cash and Requisition to Payment Process, strong in Analytical skill, Problem Solving and PC literate, understanding of basic business finance, and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through.
