Responsibilities:
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by the project manager.
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
- Draft and prepare layout drawings.
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers on projects.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
- Knowledgeable to draw for C&S, Mechanical and Electrical works using CAD
- Attend meetings and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and any other parties involved in the project
- Perform any other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMAx).
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
