Our client, in the manufacturing sector, is currently looking for a HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
This role involves overseeing the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Administration functions. You are required to manage staffing, recruitment, and onboarding processes, while also implementing a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. Addressing employee relations, this role handles grievances and assess training needs, actively participating in business partnering to provide HR advice to the Operations team. Additionally, you should recommend and implement improvements to HR processes and policies, collaborate on HR projects, and oversee the HCM System and payroll function.
Your Profile
You should have a Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with at least 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing sector. You should possess good understanding of HR processes.
