Currently expanding our business and would like to invite potential candidates to join us as Assistant Company Secretary to support the Company Secretary team in delivering professional company secretarial service
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms;
- Preparation of resolutions and documents for lodgment to the relevant authorities;
- Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
- Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters;
- Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
- Follow up with client on relevant documents & assist in key in date in accounting software
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
