Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and oversee the development and execution of the customer loyalty program to recognise and reward our GVMC members.
- Keeping track of and analysing customer journey, effectiveness of the loyalty program, and identify areas of improvement.
- Execute loyalty marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive members' acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Content creation and copywriting for online and offline marketing
- Coordinate efforts with our Social Media Agency to produce social media content to drive reach, engagement & lead generation
- Develop marketing plan, communication and advertising strategies to achieve targets set by the Management
- Brainstorm ideas, plan & implement tactical promotions: Partnership promotions, ticket price promotions, movie-related F&B promotions
- Plan & facilitate movie promotions: In-cinema giveaways & giveaways tied to ticket purchases
- Conceptualize and execution of events, including handling logistics
- Measure and report performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Recommend action plans to drive continuous improvements in future campaigns
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing, communication, business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Loyalty Marketing, PR or digital communication
- Good command of English (Verbal and Written), and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making
- Good understanding on mobile app, media and online community
- Previous experience in e-commence, retail, hospitality / travel, F&B industries are desired and preferred
- Independent, self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task
