Roles and Responsibilities
- Administers members’ booking of the Sports facilities.
- Assists in tabulating scores and coordinates events / tournaments.
- Basic knowledge of Gym equipment / machines.
- Cleaning the gym equipment / machines daily.
- Ensures that the Sports’ outlet counter is clean and tidy at all times.
- Checks the condition of the equipment.
- Ensure members comply with the House rules.
- Conducts regular checks at all the sports facilities to ensure they are in good condition.
- Ensures all equipment & facilities are well-maintained and reports to Executive if any repair or upgrading is necessary.
- Ensures that all billing chits are in running order.
- Ensures that there is enough billing chit paper and printer paper.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sports events, competitive games and other social events.
- Assist in Sports / Social Events / Programs.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department / Executive.
