Job Duties:
- Support the design and development of core infrastructure needed to grow (project management, financial tracking and client development)
- Manage the day to day BAU operational process for the team
- Balance facilitation, influence and leadership in order to drive execution, support business tracking process as well (Pipeline review, preparation of business reviews)
- Assist with preparation of financial reports
- Managing strategic projects, following up with end to end projects and managing of stakeholders
- Drive industrialization practices by supporting initiatives like pricing, knowledge management and improvement of operational efficiency
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
