- Contact individuals who have expressed interest in our training courses
- Guide prospective trainees through the enrolment process, including providing information on class schedules and registration procedures
- Collaborate closely with the team to assess demand for classes and ensure sufficient availability to accommodate trainees
- Collate signed training allowance forms from eligible trainees
- Co-ordinate with trainers to ensure Assessment and Placement Report Forms are duly completed by them
- Serve as a resource for trainees, offering guidance and assistance as needed to facilitate a smooth enrolment experience
- Research on contact persons from identified companies for Account Managers to follow up for sales opportunities for training courses
- Support Sales Team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limiting to checking of registration forms, updating in Training System and transfer of trainees for rescheduled classes and sending confirmation letters to companies
- Providing customer service by managing enquiries from email-boxes
- To act upon all necessary tasks to fulfil accurate and complete assigned corporate pre- and post-registrations duties; including but not limited to the tasks mentioned above.
Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma holder and above, although experienced O level candidates may also be considered
- At least 1 year of sales administrative experience or customer service experience
- Good written and verbal communications and listening skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision
- Familiarity with MS Office suites (e.g. Excel)
