Sales management:
1. Submit quotations and contracts to the Group for approval through the company's sales management system
2. Communicate with the Group to make sure that all documents comply with the company's sales management regulations and policies
3. Supervise and implement the rules and regulations, and communicate with the company's sales staff in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Manage product orders and sales contract filing
5. Any other administrative matters related to sales management
Purchasing Management:
1. Assist the project manager in the operation of outsourcing project requirements, bidding, and signing process in the procurement system
2. Process outsourcing and purchasing payment
Requirement:
- Diploma degree and above in Administration, HR, Management, and related majors.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced or willing to learn administrative work including accounting/HR knowledge/Sales Admin
- Good interpersonal communication and multi-task skills.
- Willing to learn and long-term work /develop in the organization.
- Be able to write Mandarin to submit documents in Chinese to Chinese counterparts.
