We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our call centre team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.
Requirements
- Possesses at least a Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Have strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and document customer interactions and issues.
- Must be technically savvy.
- Possess empathy and patience, with the ability to understand and relate to customers' concerns and frustrations.
- Prior call centre experiene would be an advantage.
