Job Description
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end of the talent acquisition portfolio administration, including developing and utilizing various channels of talent pipeline
- Assist in the on-boarding process
- Develop and curate employee engagement and wellness activities
- Administer and track employee benefits programme
- Administer HR systems and apps (e.g. learning and benefits) and the Group’s social media channel
- Other HR duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years full spectrum of HR knowledge and experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, hands-on, easily approachable and pleasant personality
