Work you will do:

This position aims to provide Management Support to Japanese companies operating in the Southeast Asia Region in the Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) unit. The TS&T unit has an organizational mission of “Contributing to the creation of further corporate value by confronting corporate management issues with technology/digital knowledge and promoting and supporting their transformation together". The TS&T Team contributes to solving the management issues of our clients, which are becoming more complex and sophisticated year by year.

In addition, Deloitte Consulting's strengths as a "Management Strategy Consultant" utilizes the strategy-oriented know-how to respond to a wide range of themes, from planning at the management strategy level to planning and conceptualization, as well as accompaniment for the promotion of transformation and growth.

We provide consulting services that focus on the technology/digital management issues faced by executives such as CDOs and CIOs:

  • Formulation of strategies and visions for the creation of new social and corporate value
    • Support for the formulation of new technology-related business strategies and implementation plans
    • DX Vision / Strategy Formulation and Operating Model Design, etc.
  • Formulation of an optimization plan that takes a bird's-eye view of the entire company
    • Support for the sophistication and optimization of technology and digital governance on a global scale
    • Support for optimization of the entire enterprise IT or specific architectural areas, etc.
  • Architecture

o We use Deloitte's enterprise architecture offerings to help organizations maximize their existing assets, unlock their full value, and implement "management transformation" by translating them into feasible concrete theories rather than unrealistic plans.

One of the main factors in the company-wide reform of enterprise architecture is the structural reform of the IT environment, and you will be in charge of the offering that supports the implementation of the transformation from the definition of the architecture concept for legacy modernization, digital platforms, and cloud journeys.

· ServiceNow & Enterprise Experience Area

o Utilizing solutions provided by ServiceNow, an ecosystem partner with which Deloitte has a strategic partnership at the global level, we will focus on topics such as IT business transformation, employee experience improvement, and industry- and client-specific business DX from advisory to implementation and operation. At the end, you will oversee an offering that supports the client's transformation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education qualification in Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in the above areas at a Consulting or Technology firm (e.g., System Integrator, software vendor, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a SCRUM Master or engineering experience in SCRUM development.
  • Knowledge and implementation experience in architecture (cloud, zero trust security, data architecture, etc.).
  • Certifications from cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure and GCP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding and working experience in data science and analytics field.
  • Proficiency in implementing and advisory using ServiceNow and enterprise solutions (Salesforce, SAP, etc) as well as system construction and operations.

· Advanced Japanese language proficiency is preferred as the role will require liaising with Japanese clients.

  • Demonstrated experienced in a series of conceptualization, launching, and execution of new businesses or promoting transformation in the field, such as business reform, etc.
  • Experience in planning and proposal-type work for management and business from the perspective of the technology department

· Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

· Support for project and customer development by making use of individual strengths (new customer and project development, proposal creation).

· An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisiteto fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

Position may be based in Singapore, but project location could be anywhere in the Asia-Pacific Region.
