SME in Business Operation Management.

5. Responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project,
or contracted service.
6. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service
level agreements.
7. Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.

9. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
10. Manage project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
11. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
