Job Overview:
We are seeking a full time, energetic and driven candidate to fill our opening for Instrumentation Engineer, based in Singapore. You will be responsible for the M&V Instruments sourcing & development, Electronic / Integrated Circuits (IC) design, Cloud Computing Solution development and Energy Audit works.
Job Responsibilities:
· Be part of the Energy Management & Solution team.
· Assist in sourcing IoT Instruments / Sensors / Meters for M&V toolkit development.
· Assist in designing Electronic / Integrated Circuits (IC) for precision data logging, processing, computing, and analysis.
· Assist in developing Cloud computing solution for IoT Visualisation application.
· Conduct energy audit / verification on existing chiller plant and air side system to verify the performance of the permanent measurement instrumentation and operating system efficiency.
· Perform M&V, BMS trending data collection and analysis to identify chiller plant and air side system’s operation characteristics, performance, and areas of potential improvement & energy savings.
· Manage and perform on-site sensors verification, setting up of M&V instruments (such as power meter, temperature sensor, flow meter, etc) for energy audit / verification purposes.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Electrical and Electronic Design or Computing Science and Engineering, or similar industry.
- Prior working knowledge of Electronic / Integrated Circuits (IC) Design, Cloud Computing Solution Development is a plus.
- Prior working knowledge of ACMV, M&V Instrumentation, Energy Audit is a plus.
· Understanding of Python or C# programming languages.
· Experience working with InfluxDB in a professional or academic settings.
· Having Cloud Computing knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Having IoT knowledge (protocols, networks, products, etc).
· Familiar or Experience with M&V instruments (power meter, temperature sensor, flow meter, pressure sensor, data logger, etc).
· Broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office applications.
· Effective interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
· Team player with the ability to work as a team, willing to learn, contribute ideas and assist team member with tasks/duties, when required.
