Head of Service Business
The role is responsible for achieving profitable result for the Company and teamworking with cross functions.
Role shall also support the implementation of cultural changes in continuous improvement.
People development task to groom talent and successor for business growth objective; including regular training of the staffs to upkeep their competency to perform their job role.
Key responsibilities:
Key areas of jobscope are:
Work alongside with direct-reporting service business functions to grow business in all potential market – local, region and global if applicable
Service functions’ scope as follow:
- Business development to explore untap service business,
- Operational sales to meet annual order and revenue budget,
- Co-work with production function for new panel sitework (ie panel jointing and SAT),
- DLP maintenance of project with project function handover, and
- Maintenance contract, service support for breakdown and upgrading project business for installed base.
KPIs are:
- Service Level Agreement performance to customer (eg. Response Time to critical installed base with comprehensive maintenance contract / DLP agreement within two hours from customer first notification)
- Annual purchase order and revenue achievement with profitable growth on par with market benchmark.
- To grow service business revenue volume from external customer in the range of 20 to 30 percent of the total company annual revenue budget.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years career path in service business, sales or project management of similar low voltage product industry.
- Able to travel locally and abroad in short time notice and build a responsive team to front customer request in emergency situation.
- Team players and willing to impart know-how to cross function peers.
- Customer-centric to meet customer expectation and knowledge to provide application solution in low voltage switchboard.
