- Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase to nurture relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and targets.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of business development activities and suggesting improvements.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Time Management: Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional Etiquette: Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
- Language Proficiency: Clear English accent. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
