Support the implementation of a variety of digitalization initiatives under Digital Customers Platform that meet customer, business and operation’s needs.
Job
· Provide support to manage projects, ensuring task completion and project deliverables
· Gather requirements for new features / enhancements
· Provide support to ensure documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately
· Provide support to monitor and track products and services delivered by vendors
· Analyse and understand data, and provide insight based upon data gathered
· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application is fit for purpose
· Support application health monitoring, incident management and work with IT and external vendor in problem investigation and impact analysis
· Gather information for routine reporting
· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
· Degree in Business, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar areas
· Added advantage for individual who has experience in mobile application or web application for customers.
· Good understanding of user experience design, general web & mobile application functions, usability testing for mobile and internet websites.
· Worked with Agile delivery methodologies.
· Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
· Problem solver with ability to see things in multiple angles, constantly challenge the norm and constantly looking for better solutions to problems.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills.
· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
