- 1 year renewable contract, Salary up to $4,000 with 1 month completion bonus
- Working location at Jurong Island
- 2 years of working experience in facilities management or in the manufacturing industry preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities tasks, including building and office maintenance, furniture and equipment upkeep, pantry supplies, and pest control.
- Liaise with General Admin and service providers to ensure smooth and safe business operations.
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and justifying the selection of service providers for management approval.
- Handle document filing, payment processing, and management report preparation.
- Provide admin support to safety committees, coordinating safety suggestions, patrols, and near-miss updates.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS651 compliance.
Requirements:
- At least a GCE ‘O’ level/NITEC, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in facilities management or in the manufacturing industry preferred.
- Conversant in Workplace Safety & Health practices and ISO standards will be preferred.
- The incumbent should be a team player with initiative, have the inquisitiveness to learn and problem-solve, and have interpersonal communication skills to work with all levels of people
