We are an established maid agency. We supply domestic helpers from Indonesia, Myanmar and India .
Seeking experience SALES Personnel to join our family orientated company. We believed in work life balance!
EA Personnel cum TRAINER (BURMESE SPEAKING ) Responsibilities:
- To liase with our existing suppliers from Myanmar
- To train our Myanmar helpers -Basic english language and how to perform basic domestic work
- To provide counselling and support for Myanmar helpers
- To match the customer needs with the right helpers
- Perform a variety of tasks to offer exceptional service to customers.
- Communicating with customers over the phone and emails.
- Able to communicate and coordinate well with peers.
- Handle Enquiries and Requests
Requirements:
With experience working in Maid agency will be an advantage
Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel.
Good communication skills with good customer service
Responsible and meticulous at work
Able to multi-task & meet datelines
Friendly and willing to learn attitude!
Required to attend the CEI course and exam
