Position Title: Ops & BD Manager
Job Description & Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This may involve collaborating with other departments and executives to ensure alignment.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing communication professionals, including marketing managers, copywriters, graphic designers, and digital marketing specialists. Provide guidance, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and promotion of the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Create and oversee the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, press releases, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure media coverage and positive publicity.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to manage the organization's public image and reputation. This may involve crisis communication and issue management.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, such as online advertising, print media, television, radio, and social media.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitors. Use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and responsible allocation of resources.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts. Analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities.
Compliance: Ensure that all marketing communications comply with relevant laws and regulations, including advertising standards and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, such as executives and board members, to provide updates on marketing communication strategies and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
