Job Scope:
- Perform venepuncture for the collection of blood specimens
- Sorts and records all blood specimens collected and dispatched to the laboratory
- Practice Universal Precautions throughout the procedure
- Assist to identify and implement changes in the work processes of the phlebotomy service
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- Candidate with a cert in phlebotomy is at advantage
- Able to work independently
