Work Hours: 5 days’ work week, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Company Transport Provided from Joo Koon MRT
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage and process all accident claim cases.
- Review pending claims and ensure timely closure.
- Handle departmental administration and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant claims assessment experience.
- Diploma in General Insurance and Risk Management / Certification in General Insurance covering Basic Concepts and Principles, Personal General Insurance and Commercial Insurance is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a team-oriented spirit.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
