- Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying which includes taking off measurement and monthly progress claim price comparison and prepare subcontract agreement
- Cost estimation and payment response to subcontractor
- Call quotation and sub-contract procurement
- Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Source and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Attend meetings/ site meetings
- Work closely with teammates
- Handle pre and post contract administration
- Assist with evaluation of tender, analyze costings for tender submission and preparation of tender documents
- Perform cost planning and cost control
- Liaise with Project Manager / designated staff to valuate and certify completed work and arrange for payment
- Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims
