Marketing Manager, High Net Worth
Responsibilities
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans to achieve objectives for the business lines of Corporate, Institution & Private Wealth clients (CID team).
- Lead the execution of high net-worth marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging headquarters’ team support and driving collaboration.
- Conceptualise, develop creative direction, content and guide the internal creative team to highlight moomoo’s Corporate, Institution & Private Wealth offerings through all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
- Organise and coordinate high-profile events, seminars, and networking opportunities for existing clients and potential prospects
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RM) and the Business Development team from CID department to understand client needs and preferences to help them achieve their KPI
Requirements
- At least 8 -10 years of brand and event marketing experience
- Prior experience in high net worth marketing in financial industries would be preferred.
- You have a keen eye for luxury and appreciate the finer things in life. Connection within the luxury space will be advantageous.
- Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Effectively bilingual in both English & Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, open-mindedness with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
