Overview:
Join our client as they expand their sales and marketing activities in Singapore. They are currently seeking for a dynamic individual for Sales Executive position, where you will closely collaborate with the Director and the consultant team to deliver exceptional L&D training solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Singapore market
- Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits, conduct thorough client needs assessments.
- Collaborate with the consultant team to develop training concepts and proposals based on needs assessments.
- Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and seminars (ranging from 6 months to 2 years) with the consultant team
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with intangible product/solution sales
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Industry experience in HR consulting or L&D would be an added advantage
- Resilient, dynamic and sales drive
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Vibrant and sociable personality
