- Position: Accounts Executive
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Duration: 8 Months Contract (convertible to permanent) - Maternity Cover
- Industry: Oil and Gas (Listed/MNC Company)
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices received from suppliers and process payments
- Update invoice listing and prepare accrual listing
- Perform monthly supplier’s reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare invoice to client
- Prepare backcharge invoice subcontractors and update COR register
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
