Role: Customer Administration Officer
Duration: 12 months contract , renewable based on project / performance
Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
· Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
· Study financial details in supporting documents.
· Verify financial details against supporting documents.
· Amend incorrect financial details and update status.
· Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval.
· Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading.
· Advise applicant on submission of GSR online.
· Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
· Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment.
· Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA.
· Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics
