The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading provider in the scientific and medical equipment industry, operating in 7 countries across APAC region, and we are looking for a Business Support Executive to join their business. The successful incumbent will support the sales and marketing team on daily sales support and order processing activities while assisting in various customer inquiries.

- Work location: Central region
- Work hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Salary: Up to $4,500/month + VB
The Job:
- Provide administrative and marketing support to Sales & Marketing divisions, including preparing quotations, following up on sales orders, and managing tender preparations.
- Generate reports, maintain the database, and help build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle customer-facing tasks, process orders, arrange deliveries, and prepare documents for the sales team.
The Talent:
- Prior experience/education relating to Science or Medical background
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP/SAGE will be an added advantage
- Must be comfortable to work in a customer-facing environment
